When you submit the quote form or e-mail us: name, company, e-mail, phone, country, project details and the files you upload. Our web server also keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to answer enquiries and prepare quotations (steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest), to keep business records (legal obligation) and to protect the site (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing

Drawings and specifications may be shared, under confidentiality, with the producing mill and logistics partners selected for your project, and with providers that host our website and e-mail. Some recipients may be outside your country (Türkiye, the USA, the EU); we use appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months; order records are kept as required by tax and commercial law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are (e.g. KVKK in Türkiye, GDPR in the EU/UK, US state privacy laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing. Write to info@norden-alu.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
